Any professional relationship with Alera will arise only if and when:

  • Alera agrees to provide services;

  • the parties enter into the appropriate agreement(s); and

  • any required onboarding, consent, intake, and operational steps are completed.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization you represent.

If you submit information on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

5. Services May Be Limited by Law, Location, and Operational Scope

Alera’s services may vary based on geography, physician licensure, service availability, operational capacity, and the nature of the engagement. Certain services may not be available in all jurisdictions or to all users at all times.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee that any specific service, physician, specialist, institution, or outcome will be available.

6. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site or contacting us. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is truthful and not misleading.

ALERA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALERA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, ADVISORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALERA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alera and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, advisors, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of:
